About the Conference
The International Conference on Extraction Methods for Valorising Fibers from Food and Agro-Processing Waste is organized within the framework of the ENFiber COST Action (CA24111). The event brings together researchers, industry stakeholders, and policymakers to address scientific, technological, and regulatory challenges related to fiber extraction, characterization, and application from food and agro-processing by-products.
