Due to the exceptionally high level of interest, only a limited number of funded places were available. Applicants on the waiting list are still welcome to participate in the Training School through self-funding, subject to the remaining venue capacity. In addition, funded places may become available should any selected participants withdraw. All selected participants and applicants on the waiting list will be contacted by email over the coming days with information regarding the next steps. Applicants on the waiting list will also receive details on the possibility of attending the Training School as self-funded participants. If you have been selected or placed on the waiting list and are not yet a member of an ENFiber Working Group, please submit your Working Group application. We would like to sincerely thank all 168 applicants for their interest, enthusiasm, and the time invested in preparing their applications. The outstanding response to this first Training School call highlights the strong momentum of the ENFiber COST Action and the growing importance of capacity building within the dietary fibre research community.

We look forward to welcoming the selected participants to Fiber101 in Ljubljana this September and to engaging with many more researchers through future ENFiber activities. For further updates about the Training School, please visit: https://enfiber.eu/event/1st-enfiber-training-school-fiber-101/
