Join the network for food waste valorization and sustainability

It is possible to apply to join this COST Action if your interest or expertise lies in food waste valorisation, dietary fibers, green extraction technologies, sustainability, product development, bioactive compounds, or related areas. Researchers, industry partners, early-career scientists, and other stakeholders are welcome to participate and contribute to our European network.

Working Group Membership

Working Groups carry out the specific tasks required to achieve the objectives outlined in the Action’s Memorandum of Understanding. If you would like to contribute to one or more Working Groups, you can apply directly through the Action’s page on the COST website, selecting the WG that aligns best with your area of expertise and interest.

Evaluation Process

Your application will be evaluated within approximately

3 months.

Management Committee (MC)

Each participating country can nominate two members to the Management Committee (MC).

If there is an open position and you wish to be considered, please contact your national MC representative. MC nominations are coordinated through the COST National Contact Points.

Throughout the Action, members may also participate in Training Schools, Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs), Workshops, Conferences, and other activities, announced regularly on the Action’s page.
